my andriod phone is acting up bad it charges when it wants two it cuts off when it is fully charged and still wont come back

the stupid phone is brand new it charges when it wants too sometimes it will sometimes it wont ,when it is fully charged it will cut off and takes hours to come bk on i have to keep messing with it just to get it to do that .The phone is brand new only had it two months it's never been dropped or wet some one please help.

If the phones only two months old, take it back to where you bought it and demand a replacement.

Chances are it's a defective battery. Cell phones and other portable electronics today use lithium-ion batteries. Some are made really well, and others, not so much. You might have gotten a crappy battery with your phone.
