My android tablet wont turn on!!! please help!!!

My hip street titan tablet was working just fine, but then it started to malfunction. Every app I clicked on, it said, "server unavailable", or something like that. I decided to reset it by pushing the tiny button on the side to see if it would help, and now all it does is go to the home screen that says android and no further. How do I fix it?
