My android wont turn on

Hello,
i was going to the bus after school today and i had my phone in my hand but it was also raining. So it did get kind of wet but after i was on the bus, it was working fine and i was also texting. I went home and checked it and it didn't want turn on. I opened it and i cleaned it. then i did put it to charge and it said "Emergency Mode. Do not take of charger." And now iht just says "LG" and wont turn on fully. whats wrong with it?

the battery is most likely almost completely dead.

the phone is resistant to a little surface moisture but if it gets any moisture internal it could potentially cause issues. i had mine get a little too damp one time and for some strange reason the battery discharged abnormally fast.

so...

charge your battery...see if it works after awhile (1-2 hours, give it time)

if not...perhaps you have moisture damage.

If its wet... put it in a bag of rice.... dry rice.... it sucks out the moister in anything.... it worked for me.... sometimes it takes 1-3 days depending on how water damadged
