My asus show choose your keyboard layout means what??

I have Asus Laptop went I then on show choose your keyboard layout after I choose US, the next show is Choose an option ...what happen to my laptop can you give solve this. Tq

Different countries are using different layouts because of language differences. UK and US can be different as well.
