My ASUS won’t go to the the home screen

My BRAND NEW ASUS lap top was just in the other day and now it won’t go to the home screen it says windows could not complete installation. Restart The instillation. I click okay and still nothing it says restarting and still downs come on

If it is brand new, return it and have them give you one that doesn't have any issues. New devices shouldn't give such problems.
