My Bluetooth Headphones make a high pitch noise as soon as I turn them on

Yesterday I got a new pair of mx666 wireless bluetooth headphones and as soon as I switch them on, the right headphone make a high pitch noise which is very annoying. When I play music, I can still hear the high pitch noise. Please can someone help me
