my brand new nextbook ares 8 wont turn on and I cannot return it

I just bought a nextbook ares 8 and it wont turn on
it shows the light while charging and it is about 30 days old
can you help me?

If the device is brand new, which is what it sounds like, then you should be taking it back to where you got it.

That or contacting your service provider or the manufacturer.

To do anything to it yourself, or on another instruction, would possibly void your warranty. Depending on what was being done.

Take it to them, they will either be able to repair it or replace it for you.
