I just got a brand new laptop ASUS ROG strix 17.3" Gaming laptop (Intel i7-10750H/512GB SSD/ 16GB ram/ RTX 2060)
I ran a benchmark test and got horrible results: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/41887371

I also tried running league and got 30fps, I made sure I was running on high performance and disabled battery saver, updated my graphics card drivers.
Does anyone know what's wrong?

Hey I made an account just to answer this lol, From your benchmark it seems you are running on your intel integrated graphics, To fix this Open NVIDIA Control Panel , Go to Manage 3D Settings , at the top of all the settings you should see Preferred Graphics Processor , Set this to the High Performance Nvidia Processor and then retry the benchmark and let me know if that fixes it :)
EDIT : If you are having any trouble finding the setting , here is a link that can explain a little better ,

Hey, thanks for going through the trouble. I think that was part of the issue because I changed it at first and only saw a small difference but after rebooting it and plugging it in while doing the benchmark I saw a huge difference.

No problem, by the way laptops don't run at maximum power when off the charger as well, My laptop only gets 30-45 fps off charger with a 2060, when I plug my charger in (depending on the game) I get 100-200fps more than I was getting before.
