Solved! my charger tip is burning hot within a few seconds of charging!!

hello so my tablets charger gets burning hot within a few seconds of charging that it burnt the plastic around the charging hole what should i do like a few days ago it was ok but then when i charged it the tip of the charger became burning hot i couldnt charge it since it becomes so hot within just a few seconds of charging i dont want to spend a lot of money to fix it thanks for anyone who can help me and merry Christmas
