My computer has a full connection to the wifi and Google loads but I can't open any other website. Nothing is working, LAN set

Usually Google will work but at times not. It's been happening for a little over a week now

Im using Internet explorer and not google chrome

Type CMD into the start menu.

Right Click CMD and click 'Run As Administrator'

Type these in 1 by 1

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset

Then restart your computer. Did it fix the issue?
