my computer is dell latitude d630, it hasnot bluetooth and camera, why i dont know, pls if you have any info about that help

i suspecting in the camera the position of camera was in the laptops athe top of screen, my position webcam is the down of the screen, and also it hasnot bluethooth

The D630 did not have a webcam. What you think is a webcam (lower left portion of the bezel) is just the light sensor for the autodimming display mechanism. Bluetooth was an option, it did not come standard.
