My computer is sayin reboot and select proper boot device

My computer is saying reboot and select proper boot device or insert boost media in the selected boot device and press a key. What do I do?

Hi

Go into the Bios and set it to boot from hard drive FIRST.....if it still says it your hd has probably crashed...
