My Coolpad metro PC's has no reminder led light

There's a place for it to light up on front of the phone,doesn't work!! No charger led light, or missed message.

If the phone is new, contact the place you bought it from or the manufacturer if past the exchange date.

However, it is totally possible that the phone just doesn't have that light. Some actually don't.
