Are you good with lots of tiny screws, and plastic clips, and have the manual dexterity to handle it all?

If yes then you can begin by naming the name and model of the laptop, find their service manual, and begin to disassemble your machine and begin to clean and extract the damaged parts and replace them.

Otherwise your best bet is to extract the harddrive, SSD, and/or other storage and pull the data off.
