my dell laptop screen does not display properly

please i need help..this is what happened to my dell laptop screen..I'm using windows 7, i tried uninstalling the Mobile Intel(R) Series Chipset Family and even my "Digital Flat Screen Display) but nothing works...kindly please help me?

My name is Shrikanth and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. When was the last time it was working? Did you happen to make any changes? Please try updating the video drivers http://dell.to/1lTHx4p also check the display by connecting an external monitor.
