My Dell Laptop Won't Open

MY dell laptop don't open.
The screen is black. And when I open it , it create sounds like toot toot toot.
Before that , when you connect a device the file on your device will be doubled and have a .lnk on files. i am concluding that , their is a virus. Trojan.

Please help. What to do ?

Looking on Dell's website three beeps means its a chipset error (Hardware fault)

Yes most likely a virus, perform a clean install of windows i suggest.

Can you see anything on the screen at all? Try plugging the laptop into an external monitor and if that fails give Dell support a call and hopefully your laptop is covered under warranty
