before yesterday i have full charging then i am going to college the it will check the work of device in morning but after that check again the not working,not open,not touch the touch-screen then device will not there please solved my problem sir,i requested sir can easily providing the answer sir. please please please

Sounds like the battery needs to be replaced.

Take the charger to the shop when you go to buy one because they can test that works as well as the new battery.
