My documents keeps deleting everything

Hello,
i keep logging into my laptop, and when it loads up my account. everything has gone. like my music, pictures, etc. but i havent deleted anything how can i stop this from happening?

Are you sure you are logging in to the same account? Did you reformat it? Does it occur everytime you start up your computer? Did you download anything before this happens?

If so, there is a high change your computer had been infected with virus, maybe you can try safe booting into windows and run anti-virus software.
