My flat screen TV won't turn on.

I'm not sure what make my TV is but the red standby light keeps flashing then when it stops and I press the power button it turns green but the screen stays black then the light immediately turns back to red. Any advice would be great. I have tried turning it off and unplugging it.

What brand is it? Some of the cheap flat-screen TVs use horrible capacitors that don't last. Hopefully it is still under warranty.
