My google search scheme changed to really annoying

Hello everyone!
Today i was just searching on google and from 1 search to an other my whole searching scheme changed and i can t see it trought plus all search became significantly slower.Here is a photo what i m talking about.

. Now I dont know how to change it back. I hope you can help me.

What browser are you using?

With respect to Google, Go into Search Settings and check to see if:

"Where results open"

and

"Open each selected result in a new browser window" is set.
