My Headphone Microphone dont work

I have Xqisit Bh100 headphones they support Bluetooth and when i connect with bluetooth microphone is working. I brought Headset/Mic Breakout Cable and i plugged in and it didint work. For some reason my microphone hearing my system noises like music and more but it didint hearing my voice and everything around me.I hope there is a way to fix it
