My IMVU was by a random person! Help!

My IMVU was hacked by a random person, and I used a fake email for the account. I had no available emails at the time. I spent a lot of time on that account, and the help center won't help me because I don't have the email, and multiple VISA cards were used on the account. So, it's impossible to get the last four digits of the credit used for the account. Can someone please help me get my account back? I spent like $200- $300 on that account. Can someone please help me?!?!
