my keyboard is showing multiple letters at once, is this a softwire problem or one with hope? please help!!

My keyboard was working perfectly fine in the morning, then when I am using it now, it shows multiple letters with the push of one. Examples 'C(.' When I only pushed C, and 'n9j' when I only pushed J. Please help!!

Check for stuck keys, and you can try unplugging the keyboard from the PC and plugging it back in
