my laptop automatically turns on when I open the lid even if i shut it down before i close the lid

a few months ago, i noticed that may laptop automatically start up when i open the lid, even if i shut it down before i closed it . i also looked to my settings "when i close the lid" and it set as "hibernate", i also try to set it as "shut Down" but nothings changed, it's still turning on when i open the lid, my laptop is just 8 months old. Please help me fix it.

When making changes in "Choose what closing the lid does", remember to click "Save changes" when you've finished, otherwise nothing will change.

Then restart Windows, log in, then see what happens when you close and open the lid. It should obey your last setting.

i always save it everytime i made some changes.. but it's still the same,
