My laptop cant be charged and we changed the mother boad but still it cnt be charged

I buy a new laptop and after 4 month it cant be charged they said that the mother board is spoiled and i made them fixed it i spent a lot of money in fixing it but when i take home it can be still charged can you please help me

If it's a new laptop why would you pay to get it fixed? Should be in warranty. If a motherboard swap did not help, did you try another battery or power adapter?
