My laptop computer turn on, black screen, keyboard and mouse doesn't work. Need help!

Need a little more info, model of laptop, can you get to BIOS, is it an add on keyboard/mouse i.e. a USB or wireless or the integrated keyboard

OK so sine i don't know what its on ill just tell you the basics for every computer. Factory reset it and it doesn't have a warranty pay to get it fixed or trash it.
