Solved! My laptop goes off after 3 secondd

I pressed the power button and the light came on and after 3 seconds it went off and sometimes the power button light stays on but the fan won't blow and the screen remains black (built in battery)

Sounds like a bad motherboard. If it's in warranty contact the vendor. Try removing the RAM and hard drive, see if it turn on and gives you some error beeps or lights, if not, that is also a sign of a bad motherboard. Some details about the system may help and what you tried already if anything. Brand/model, this happened after what? Some people like to leave out details like the laptop was run over by a car or it was dropped in a bathtub when asking for help.
