My laptop has been restored back to factory settings and now it will not work properly ie closes programs down can't watch you

I had my laptop restored back to factory settings so that I could sell it, however since this has been done it does not work properly ie programs close, cannot watch videos on YouTube , can't play games on face book, cursor keys not working right.

This was in good working order until this was done.

Does any one have any ideas why this is happening

well, depending on how long you've had it, at least update the drivers & any updates to the operating system.

Thanks for this but what does that mean update drivers etc

Hi, you have to go to the website of your laptop, with the model number and the OS you have, you update the drivers for your system.
