My laptop is lenovo z510 with i5-4200m. i Want to upgrade to i7-4700mq.

Chipset Model - Haswell,
Chipset Revision -06,
Southbridge Vendor - Intel,
Southbridge Model - ID8C49,
Southbridge Revision - 05.

I think the sockets are compatible but the power wattage of i5-4200m is 10 watts less than i7 4700mq.
Please somebody help....

You'll have to buy a new laptop. Laptops from OEMs like Lenovo, HP, Dell, etc. are not upgrade-able like desktops are.
