My laptop is slow

I bought a hp laptop with an amd processor ..it's too slow and can't handle multiple apps at a time..also can't play videos or YouTube efficiently ..it get stuck while playing videos..ram is 2.5ghz ..4gb
Laptop model is-hp245 g6
Pls help

If the laptop is new, and you got it recently, take it back and exchange it for a better model.
