My laptop/notebook will not turn on :(

My ASUS laptop/note book, model X205T will not turn on. The power button seems to do nothing.
When I plug in the charger, the green light under the battery comes on.
It is only a few months old.

Hi there Sadsan,

Try the following: unplug the adapter, take out the battery and push the power button for 30 seconds. After that just plug the adapter and push the power button.
In case this does not work, and given the fact the laptop is a new one, it may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer's Support.
