My laptop screen broke and i restored my laptop and i cant see on my monitor now!
PLS HELP.
details:
i have a windows 8 laptop.
i restored my whole pc with reinstall windows now i cant see anything on my plugin monitor. i don't know what to do im afraid if i turn my pc off it will ruin my pc!!!

btw i clicked restore then it restarted my pc and im still on that screen (i cant see so i dont know whats happening)

Turn on the laptop with the monitor attached and quickly close the lid, it should put the main display on the external monitor. If not, you should have a swap monitor function button, try using that.
