I did buy a WD My Passport Ultra and when I installed the software I found on it I was asked to reset my laptop, after that my laptop did show an error that went something like *DPC Watchdog Violation* then my laptop did restart and worked properly.
Later I noticed that Crysis 3 and sniper elite 2 were laging, I went to the AMD catalyst and found no options to optimize my games, after that I did download the AMD auto detect tool and it only shows in my graphics hardware I have got an Intel HD graphics 4000 and says my operating system (I got windows 8.1) might not be supported as the operating system tab is empty. I also went to My PC > Properties > Device manager and have found only the intel HD graphics in the Display adapters tab.
Please help I already uninstalled the WD softwares and reset my laptop twice with no success. Thanks in advance.
