my lenavo laptop shuts down evry 10 sec

my lenavo keeps going off evry 10 second wen i switch it on in wont get pass windows start up and shuts down by it self,,oh and the fan is not running wat seems to be the problem

You probably answer yourself, the fans not running.

If it have some years the fan maybe broken or with dust, a lot of Pc's when detected that the fan is not running, to avoid overheating just shutdown or restart to try to get the fan wonking.
