My Lenovo Laptop screen is Glitching out

It's freaking out and messing with whatever is on the screen by flashing and positioning it in random places for a quick second then going back to normal etc. But I haven't ever dropped this laptop cause it sits on my desk most of the time, it just slowly started doing it and I havent found a cause. Plus plugging my laptop into a tv via hdmi it works fine.
