My lg optimus elite wont turn on or charge. What can I do?

My phone was just sitting next to my laptop/me. The screen was on but suddenly turn off right after. My screen timer is on 10 min so it shouldn't have done that. When I pushed to power button the screen never came back on. I've charged it, played with the power button again and again, and even took the battery out and put it back in to see if it would work, which it didn't. I don't know what to do.

Is it doing anything at all when you try to turn it on? If not, you may need to try a new battery and/or charger and cable. If those don't work, the thing is dead and needs to be replaced. You can bring it to a store to get it looked at also, pretty much every phone carrier has shops around.
