MY LG SPREE-120 WON'T TURN ON AFTER INSTRUCTED TO HARDSET IT! HELP WANTED!
In brief Phone had orange outline on the screen and magnified on touch.
Turn it off and was stuck on sign in via email then turned it off and it asked me for pin number . My PIN did not work, when it should have.
Wrote to LG and "the voice to the President". Call LG and spoke with tech. He took information and IMEI number said I was still under warranty and he said he would send me a link and I should mail it and within 2 weeks get my phone back. That was on Sunday Jan 3rd 2021. it is now Tuesday, Jan 5th 2021, and I have still not receive the link via email from LG, even after he; the technician repeated the email back to me. Nothing!
Contacted LG Global and LG Mexico LG USA via facebook told me to factory reset via the method hold down volume button and power button.
I did the reset, now the phone does not turn on at all it is black screen nothing.
The thing is I need to use my phone for immediate contact.
