My loptop wont tern on?

Right so I have a HP pavilion 15 and I cant get it to do anything.
The power light wont tern on were the charger is.
I have tried taking out the battery and wiggled the power wires on the over side of the power connector. I all so unplugged and plugged in the ribbon cables on the inside.
I dont think it had any water on it or been knocked of anything.

Try another charger, remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard and all other power, hold in the power button for 30 seconds, plug in only the wall power. Does it start then? If it does, plug the batteries back in and try it again. Remove the RAM from the system, try turning it on, does it beep? If no peeps, it's probably a dead motherboard.
