my main/default browser is opening randomly into spam websites

this started happening, and i tried to download malwarebytes, but any browser i chose to download malwarebyte freezes on searches wich includes keywords such as, malware, remove, spyware etc.... so i tried disassembling the letters, it worked up to only when i open the link to download malwarebyte, and than my browser freeze,, so, i used microsoft safety scanner ( https/docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/intelligence/safety-scanner-download ) and made a full scan and removed all the virus,, (btw these are virus which windows defender didnt detect untill i ran a saftey scan), which solved the freezing on specific search problem and various other problems as well, however it did not solved my main problem, which is my main browser randomly opening into spam web pages,,, need serious help rn

try malwarebytes again or reinstall the os

had to remove a virus named white click before anything,, i used registry editor to remove some components of it,, because it is difficult to remove,, after that, even browser kept freezing on specific search like malware, so i used tech tool store ( https/www.carifred.com/tech_tool_store/ ) ,, and i disconnected my pc from internet so i could open malware byte programme inside tech tool store, which would freeze if not disconnected from internet,,
after that i was able to download the free version of malwarebyte, without having my browser froze, and used it to remove all the remaining suspicious malwares etc
