my mouse is no longer working

i have a toshiba thats almost brand new and its a touch screen but i can no longer get the mouse to work. it comes on when i open it up to sign in but after that i cant find it.

Move the mouse pointer slowly, you may just be missing it when it moves especially if it's set to a fast speed.

Do you have a USB mouse you can hook up to it? If that moves the mouse cursor then it's probably an issue with the touch capability
