my mouse on the pad stopped working so i hard rebooted. it worked to sign in with password but once into the desk top its forz

So my pointer would not work on my asus laptop. Frozen. I forced several reboots. The pointer works but a lot more broken. Internet won't work. The troubleshooter won't work. The battery is good but won't work. The screen is dim. The FN sound buttons don't work and the start button is all white. Any ideas
