My new Asus UX410U tablet's Backlight has not started working yet.

Is there somethin i need to do before the backlit starts working ? My new Asus UX410U tablet has not started working yet. I have fully logged in and started using it but when tried in the dark there is no backlit. how do i turn it on? The asus site says this model has backlit included

If it isn't working correctly, then I would return it and have them give you one that is functioning correctly. No new device should give you such problems.
