My nk1b sound bar won't hook to Bluetooth or aux powers on but no sound

Power on but won't connect to Bluetooth or play through aux jack

Assuming you have connected a working source to the soundbar and selected the aux input check that the volume on the source and soundbar is turned up and not muted.
After that there isn't much you can do.
