my not show the memory card

My phon is samsung 7562 and it not show thr memory card some daye when i conect memory card with pc then it not show on it

It is most likely faulty so throw it away and buy a new one (a new card that is, not a new phone!)
Memory cards do not last indefinitely, the memory chips fail eventually.
