My old phone is destroyed and I want the pictures in it on my new phone how can I get them back

My old phone is destroyed but im want my pictures from it how can I get them on my new phone ...?

If that "destroyed" is as in burnt to a cinder you have no chance but if it means it just doesn't work, open it up and remove the micro SdCard, you might be lucky and find some of the data on that.

Don't put that card in the new phone in case it upsets the system. Buy a converted that turns a micro SdCard into a full size one that should plug into your laptop or a PC.
