My only G drive loked not open and probaty show

My G drive loked but not open and property not show
But Im go ing to property to security and loked but not open

Is it a SdCard with a tiny white switch on one edge? If so, flip that switch to unlock the device. Anything more difficult than that would need a Registry tweak in your Windows system.
