i don't know if its the right section for my topic but i guess this is the closest one.
a While ago I Was just fine until it comes a day when everything Collapse.
i was Running Win 7 x64 the day all of these started ... so what happened was a bunch of Errors such as:
1- Missing .exe for these Apps:
Boilsoft Video Splitter
https://pasteboard.co/GKhzLMJ.png
Boilsoft Video Joiner
MKV Extract GUI
Aegisub
MediaInfo.dll for K-Lite Codec Pack
https://pasteboard.co/GKhzRKC.png
2- PCSX2 BIOS Folder Corrupted
3- Vegas Pro 13 has stopped working error while opening
https://pasteboard.co/GKhzmEB.png
4- Unsupported 16bit app although it was just fine before then
https://pasteboard.co/GKhCf3E.png
5- and now my external HDD drive not shown on my computer although its detected in Devices/Printers and Disk Management ... add or change latter didn't work
https://pasteboard.co/GKhzDOa.png

those what i remember right now
but Generally all of these Errors Solved either when i re-install those apps again (except for no.4 because this happen with a setup file) or installing a new OS but in either ways it works only for one time ... until i restart.
i thought its an antivirus job but i ran a full scan on system Partition (C:/) and detect a list of virused files included apps that listed above + some of steam and GPU files + svchost.exe (which keeps coming back once i restart if i deleted it)
so what kind of issues it is ?

Solution
Are you wiping the drive before you are installing Windows again? Do you have programs with activation hacks that were downloaded from torrents? If you did not wipe your drive first by deleting all partitions and creating a new one for the setup of Windows, you are not really clearing out the system. Remove all drives except the main drive. Wipe all partitions off it (once you are sure you have nothing you are saving on it), install Windows clean on that. See how things run then.

Is all of this on a hdd? Because this sounds like a dying hdd or you are constantly donwloading a virus with a program.
