My PC is giving out less power than my smartphone?

When I use my Sennheiser Hd 518's on my smartphone, they get reallllly loud. On my PC, they're realllllly quiet. I also tried this with earbuds and same thing. Help to get them louder?

What are you using? Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10? Do you know about the volume mixer? Also, have you made the headphones jack the default audio source?

NVM, i found the solution. i didnt install the audio drivers for my mobo. woops.
