My pc will not boot or is able to reset

I accidentally got a virus where things kept popping up, my pc shut down and when ever I turn it on it shows https://imgur.com/gallery/TwvdW02 I tried resetting the pc but it just keep saying errors idk what to do can someone help please.
P.S I am not able to go into windows go to browsing

My computer does not go onto the desktop it just shows an error. When I try to reset it there’s an error and when I try to reinstall windows 10 it doesn’t work it downloads but never goes to desktop. What can I do now any suggestions. Maybe get new harddrive idk any help would be appreciated.

Go to bios and do memory test and hard drive test, one of them maybe corrupted, does your hard drive makes noise when loading ?

look up "bios hard drive test" accessing to blog differ from a pc to another but process is the same

or download heren's boot, it does have some hard drive test sofwares.
