my pc won´t shut down

So just recently my pc want shut down anymore. The screen goes black but the pc is still on. I have tried going to the cmd and typing “powercfg/energy” when I do it will give me and html file that I can´t watch

if it an asus mb it a known issue. use the power supply switch and power off the pc and then pull the power from the wall and let the mb drain. after 20 min clear the cmos if the bios hunbg it should fix it if not try reflashing it.

whether laptop or desktop, hold the power button down for 8-10 seconds & the computer will shutdown.
